Nature is a theme and water park, 5 star hotel, theraputic spa, edifying wonderland and hang-loose-and-free-or-whatever playground that anyone can enjoy. With a good air mattress or a motorhome, you can even determine your own day and night stay itinerary. Stock up on smokies, bottled water and sunscreen and your expenses will seem like pennies. The kids will have fun, grandparents can nap, pets can feel primal and you can just enjoy the clear night sky with your spouse.

Vacations that the whole family can appreciate are most successful when they are planned to be simple. “Plan to have everyone let go of their plans” and the whole family will enjoy it. If there are many people going on the trip, you may want to contact a travel agent to help plan everything out. Since the natural world is so perfect for a true and memorable vacation for the whole family, think about if you go into the wild far enough to loose cell service. Now that’s a vacation!

The job hunt is tough these days, even with experience and degrees, it is getting tough to make a few bucks. So what can a stay at home mom with a few kids do to help earn some extra income on the side? Pizza delivery. It may not sound very glamorous but think about how this could work, pack the kids in the car at the beginning of the route, and give them plenty of toys and snacks to keep them occupied while you drive them around and deliver pizzas. Maybe when dad or a guardian is home you can drop the children off while you finish your shift.

Newspaper route. Many local newspapers need people to drive their goods to customers. This kind of a job can vary from twice a week, to seven days a week. It is also essential that you have reliable transportation and insurance. This job is also for an early riser, so if the morning sunrise gives you a headache, this might not be the job for you.

Are you a wiz in the kitchen? Do you enjoy making lunches for your loved ones and have other’s commented on your treats? Try selling bagged lunches for friends and large families, include sandwich, chips, and treat and sell for a few bucks each. On the other hand, get even craftier, make big batches of soups, and salads, and offer to serve some hot lunches for even more pocket change.

Dealing with the death of a close family member can be one of the most emotionally difficult and trying experiences of your life. To suddenly have someone you loved taken from you can make it feel like your world is ending. How do you go on without them? How do you recover from such a loss? You find yourself wishing that someone could say all the right magical words to you and cause the pain to disappear.

The truth is, however, that there are no magical words that can just instantly make the pain disappear. Of course everyone is different in how they react to loss, but they still all react in some way. Some people close in on themselves and withdraw from the world for a while. No one can really predict how they will handle a close family member dying. Even if you have time to prepare for it, when it actually happens it can strike you a lot harder than you expected it too. Friends and other family members you can turn to at any time, day or night, who will talk to you and spend time with you as you need it. Reaching out when you are sad or depressed can seem difficult, but if you do so with people that really love you, you shouldn’t be afraid. They will want to help you through the tough time.

Some people find that it helps them to go to support groups where they can meet up and talk with other people who have been through similar losses. While talking to a friend who has never suffered from a death in the family may seem pointless to you, talking to people who understand almost exactly what you are going through can be very freeing. Support groups give you a safe space to cry, yell, and most of all talk about what you are going through and how much the experience is hurting you.

Everyone gets over death in their own way, and in their own time. You don’t have to try and feel better on someone else’s timetable. Do what feels right for you. You will get through it some day, and that is what really matters.
