The job hunt is tough these days, even with experience and degrees, it is getting tough to 
make a few bucks. So what can a stay at home mom with a few kids do to help earn some extra income on the side? If you think outside the box, and are not afraid to get a little dirty there is a whole world out there for people who want to work at home and make some money.
At home daycare for children. You are already home with your own kids; why not help those other moms who know you and your kids? You can even provide a snack or meal for a little extra money.
Day trader. A large hand full of people work from home as day traders and sometimes make millions doing so. Trading thousands of penny stocks every day has proven to be a very profitable system if you know what stocks to buy.
Dog walker. This job could not be easier, print up a few hundred fliers or business cards, give them out to family, friends, and neighbors, and offer to walk the dog for a few bucks a pup. For an extra fee, include pet sitting, or pet taxi service to the vet, or groomer.
Pizza delivery. It may not sound very glamorous but think about how this could work, pack the kids in the car at the beginning of the route, and give them plenty of toys and snacks to keep them occupied while you drive them around and deliver pizzas. Maybe when dad or a guardian is home you can drop the children off while you finish your shift.
Newspaper route. Many local newspapers need people to drive their goods to customers. This kind of a job can vary from twice a week, to seven days a week. It is also essential that you have reliable transportation and insurance. This job is also for an early riser, so if the morning sunrise gives you a headache, this might not be the job for you.
Are you a wiz in the kitchen? Do you enjoy making lunches for your loved ones and have other’s commented on your treats? Try selling bagged lunches for friends and large families, include sandwich, chips, and treat and sell for a few bucks each. On the other hand, get even craftier, make big batches of soups, and salads, and offer to serve some hot lunches for even more pocket change.
Today, there is an endless amount of creative ways for stay at home moms to make plenty of extra money, all while staying at home, and taking care of their families.
